chore(deps): bump @stacksjs/ts-cloud to ^0.7.4 (shared-box compute-target pinning)

0.7.4 lets a project riding a box provisioned by another project deploy
deterministically: findComputeTargets now pins from .ts-cloud/state
(Hetzner serverId / AWS instanceId or CFN outputs) when label/tag scans
miss — previously any second managed app server in the account broke the
unique-candidate fallback and the deploy lost its target.
