Replace old bounty urls from bounty profile view with new urls

Describe the bug
When I click to look at a bounty from the profile view under "bounties" or "assigned bounties", I am able to view a bounty but from the old url. This is old being deprecated. Here is an example: https://community.sphinx.chat/p/021ae436bcd40ca21396e59be8cdb5a707ceacdb35c1d2c5f23be7584cab29c40b/wanted/743/0

The url that they should be using to view is this: https://community.sphinx.chat/bounty/743

replace.url.mov

Expected behavior
When I click to view a bounty in those two tabs, I should view the bounty from the new shorter url.

This adds regression coverage for the new profile bounty URL behavior:

• created-bounties profile cards now assert href="/bounty/:id"
• clicking a created bounty card asserts window.open("/bounty/:id", "_blank")
• assigned-bounties profile cards now assert href="/bounty/:id"

Validation:
