Mention CODEOWNERS file?

Some codebases use CODEOWNERS, which is a file supported by GitHub and GitLab as a part of their governance. Should we mention that in Welcome Contributors?

Another possible place to put this, perhaps even duplicated, would be under Require review of contributions as it, at least on GitHub, gives a way to have granular control of who gets automatically assigned as reviewer.
