feat: add ProjectImageCarousel and ProjectLightbox components for enhanced image viewing

- Implemented ProjectImageCarousel to display project images in a carousel format with auto-advance functionality.
- Added ProjectLightbox for a full-screen image viewing experience with navigation controls.
- Updated Projects component to integrate the new image carousel for projects with images.
- Enhanced project data structure to include images and privacy status for projects.
- Added new project entries for Commitly, Music and Radio Discord Bot, and Jellyfin Automated Media Stack with associated images.
- Updated styles for improved layout and responsiveness in the Work component.
