A couple of our plugins include the ability to load data from somewhere and use it to generate front-end templates. In order to do this, we need to load up reshape, pull the options from the config object, parse them, and process/write the file. Since we do this in more than one separate plugin, it makes sense to me to include it here as a utility 😁
