feat: add C implementation for @stdlib/stats/base/dists/lognormal/logpdf
- Add standalone C implementation using ln, pow, PI constants - Add native.js binding, header, addon.c, Makefile, binding.gyp - Add test.native.js, benchmark.native.js with variable sorting - Add benchmark.js with len variable to fix max-len eslint rule - Update package.json and manifest.json Signed-off-by: Kamal Singh Rautela <e22cseu1624@bennett.edu.in>

#### stdlib_base_dists_lognormal_logpdf( x, mu, sigma )
150+
151+
Evaluates the natural logarithm of the [probability density function][pdf] (PDF) for a [lognormal][lognormal-distribution] distribution with location parameter `mu` and scale parameter `sigma` at a value `x`.
152+
153+
```c
154+
double y = stdlib_base_dists_lognormal_logpdf( 2.0, 0.0, 1.0 );
155+
// returns ~-1.852
156+
```
157+
158+
The function accepts the following arguments:
159+
160+
- **x**: `[in] double` input value.
161+
- **mu**: `[in] double` location parameter.
162+
- **sigma**: `[in] double` scale parameter.
163+
164+
```c
165+
double stdlib_base_dists_lognormal_logpdf( const double x, const double mu, const double sigma );
166+
```
