Description

What is the purpose of this pull request?

This pull request:

• Refactors the JavaScript benchmark in @stdlib/array/bool/benchmark to use @stdlib/string/format for string interpolation instead of string concatenation when specifying the benchmark name

Currently, this PR only refactors the bench function in @stdlib/array/bool/benchmark/benchmark.at.js. However, there are other files in the same directory (**/bool/benchmark/) that might also need refactoring. Would it make sense to include them in this PR as well, or should I raise separate PRs for each file? Raising multiple PRs for related changes seems redundant, so I wanted to get your feedback on this approach.
