feat: improve RegistryValidator validation summary

Add explicit validation execution statuses (PASSED, FAILED, and ABORTED) to improve CLI and JSON reporting.

Enhance the validation summary to clearly distinguish successful validation, validation failures, and aborted execution due to registry loading or parsing errors. This improves developer experience while preserving the existing validation workflow and CLI interface.
