Swiping through the columns doesn't work when tapping on the background

• The issue affects the Deck Android app, neither the Deck server app nor the Nextcloud Android app.

Describe the bug

1. Apply a filter for a person so few to none cards are displayed
2. Swipe horizontally through lists by tapping on empty background instead of cards
3. Nothing happens.
4. Swiping over cards works

Expected behavior

Scrolling should work even when background is touched.

I think this may not be (directly) related to filtering. If I create a new board with two lists which both contain at least one item, I will not be able to swipe on the empty background. As soon as one list is empty, swiping works again.

I think this might have something to do with the card container not extending to the bottom of the screen. This only seems to happen if either there are enough cards or if the is the "empty list" hint.
