Multiple business accounts not working

I’m on a fresh install of the latest CodexBar release (currently 0.22). When I click Add Account for Codex and complete login, CodexBar switches to the new account, but the previously signed-in account does not remain as a persistent selectable account.

Supposedly this has been fixed as part of #613, but it's not for me.

Note: I am using a business subscription, so that might have to do with something.

Closing as resolved on current main. Codex account handling has been reworked since 0.22: managed accounts are reconciled by canonical identity, same-workspace/same-email cases stay distinct, workspace identity is included, and active managed accounts persist through switching. If business accounts still do not persist on the latest build, please open a fresh issue with sanitized account/workspace labels and CodexBar diagnostics.
