test: expand test suite to 15 passing tests
New tests: - test_invoice_ids_increment - test_create_invoice_stores_creator_and_amounts - test_batch_creates_correct_ids - test_get_audit_log_records_cancel - test_cancel_funded_invoice_gives_refunded_status - test_create_recurring_invoice - test_get_next_recurring_none_before_release - test_invoice_deadline_stored_correctly - test_escrow_invoice_creation - test_multiple_recipients_stored - test_payer_total_starts_at_zero - test_pool_pay_rejects_overpayment
