DeFi skill: a SKILL.md playbook for the Aquarius AMM, covering the swap story for agents (the spec defers swap to DeFi protocol skills rather than a dedicated command).

Acceptance criteria

• Playbook lets an agent get a quote and execute a swap via Aquarius using stellar token / contract invoke plus the wallet skills.
• Dynamic-data lookups run RPC-pure (no indexer dependency).
