Pull request overview
Adds two reusable security monitoring plan templates under the Security Best Practices docs to help (1) end-users monitor their positions and (2) builders convert a threat model into actionable on-chain monitoring and response procedures.
Changes:
- Added a “Position Monitoring Plan Template (Users)” doc with guided tables for positions, alerts, and responses.
- Added an “On-Chain Monitoring Plan Template (Builders)” doc that maps threat-model items to on-chain observables, monitor rules, and incident response.
