The kadence-theme-pro slug is registered and handled by the kadence-pro plugin's own Harbor provider. Including it here caused the legacy license entry and uplink field notice to render twice when both plugins are active. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
The previous OAuth-branched check returned false for license-key-only
("legacy") licenses because is_authorized_by_resource() requires a
stored OAuth token. has_valid_license() covers both flows since the
key_status is set by either OAuth authorization or validate_license().
