Simplify the TypeScript Vite Plus configs by relying on denied Oxlint categories, removing redundant explicit rule entries, standardizing severities on
deny/allow, and ignoring Markdown in formatter checks. Also applies the small source cleanups surfaced by the stricter lint categories.Status: Ready
