Describe the bug:
MCU operates at a frequency of only 240 MHz, instead of 550 MHz
SystemCoreClock also returns a value of 240 MHz.

Advanced information:
On Board WeActMiniH723VGT6, benchmark test Double Precision Whetstones returned the result: 38.62 MIPS.
The same test was performed on the board WeActMiniH743VIT6, with an MCU frequency of 480 MHz, result: 76.86 MIPS.

This is not an issue as the clock config can be easily redefined.
In a general way we try to configure the system clock config at the highest value but in this case the contributor set it to 240MHz. (#2851)
If you want to change it then submit a PR with the new clock config.

Hi. Thanks for the detailed information.
I would never have thought that someone would need to use such a fast MCU at a reduced frequency.
It would be great to do something like WeActMiniH743 - SysClkFullSpeed and SysClkHalfSpeed.
