SPell Editor silently crashes if a DBC is missing on import

Describe the bug
No error message, import window just closes and nothing happens

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. remove a dbc from folder or use a missing one (eg spellitemenchantment.dbc)
2. try importing it to db

Expected behavior
Add an error popup that says "dbc not found/missing"
