Cordova app does not support 16 kb memory page size

Hi Brody,

We have been using your sql plugin since 4 years, now when we are trying to submit our build we got a error from google for android as below,

Can you please go through this and upgrade the plugin as per the latest requirements by Google to make it support 16KB memory pagesize.

"Your app does not support 16KB memory Page Size"
