- Add SegmentSkipMode enum (none, ask, auto)
- Add skipIntro, skipOutro, skipRecap, skipCommercial, skipPreview settings
- Settings are lockable to allow server-side configuration enforcement
- Supports automatic segment skipping functionality in Streamyfin client
- Default mode is 'ask' to prompt users before skipping
