Cleanup of get-started (#500)
* Moved unused assets in get-started to sections that need them
* Removed unused files
* Requirements redirect
* Updated key concepts to contain information about project packages
* Linked project packages to the appropriate page
* Reverted changes in a jp page
* Reverted spacing in that jp page
