startuptheme file not getting created

The startuptheme file is not getting created (tested with Bridge 2024).
This results in an error popup getting shown on every startup: 'Failed to read theme'.

Reason for the error is probably an issue in the nativeEventForwarder.jsx:

Workaround:

1. Create a file called startuptheme (without any extension) in \Users\<USERNAME>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEP\extensions\MapViewCEP\userdata
2. Content of the file is the map theme you want (0-3)
