I was sick of looking at the concrete jungle all around ever since I came here. Way too much development for my taste. The last time I got to look at the sky endlessly was probably back in university.
     What's even better is that rains are here. It took its time this year, but Bangalore doesn't disappoint. There was a storm recently that almost kind of wrecked my room when I opened the door, but I couldn't be happier to welcome that sort of chaos into life again. The chaos that uproots and washes things away.
     
     My mom received a call from someone today. She mistook it for her - she says the voice was unmistakably similar. Until I reminded her that her number didn't begin with a "7", she believed it was her.
