This version contains the latest built version of FishS2Sharp, as well as the latest version of the s2.cpp and accompanied by the GGML's CPU/CUDA/VULKAN libraries.
In other words, using this release you can use CPU / CUDA / VULKAN backend's with FishS2Sharp.
NOTE: Encoding voice references with VULKAN might crash, maybe. This is still an s2.cpp bug.
A work around in these cases is to use CPU/CUDA to generate the voice reference and use the reference with VULKAN to synth.
