Add Davide to team config and minor fix (#568)

Why:
* In order to have an entry for a Post author in Netlify CMS

How:
* Adding an entry for `davide-silva` in `team_member.yaml` and
  `static/admin/config.yml`
* Adding an image for the profile
* Removing a duplicate entry for `laura-esteves` in
  `static/admin/config.yml` and linting both files to fix syntax
  highlight issues in code editors
