Bug Report

Ctrl-clicking on a first level document will open it in a new tab, but doing so on a child document (any level) will not.
The first level documents are A tags, and works as expected, the child documents are not

Environment

• Docs version: 4.6.0

Possible Solution
Make all links to ducuments A tags, so that they will work as expected in the browser
