Improve interlinking dropdown menu #2138

Is your feature request related to a problem or unsupported use case? Please describe.
We simplified the menu with @robin-lecomte so it's easier to use.
Describe the solution you'd like
- remove select a doc title
- remove new doc option
- add helper when the user hasn't started to type
- show most sub-docs in the tree from most recently updated first
- When searching for an interlink (@ command), the first suggestion should be selected by default, so it can be confirmed with “Enter” without having to use the down arrow keys.
