Title 1 in a bigger size than normal

## Bug Report

**Before you file your issue**
-Since few days, the size of the the title 1 are bigger than usual

**Problematic behavior**
i'ts a lot bigger ! too much bigger for many users

**Expected behavior/code**
roll back to the normal size if titles 1
