Annotations default size

Is there a setting for default size of circle or square annotation?

not currently they have an inherent default size and topleft placement from the library and can be easily dragged
though have recently been playing with tool run scripting to use a preset box size for text and "square" (rectangles)

Piccolo allows to use standard place by colour so that can be easily placed top left after click a new color but cannot change the shape itself that is done by dragging edges.

Maybe there is a better way to mark boxes on a form? Using text and selecting an X takes longer than using a circle.

SumatraPDF currently does not work with AcroForms (those with blue boxes in other readers, but uncoloured in SumatraPDF)
Whilst they may be accessible using complex scripts THOSE types are easiest done in MS Edge as it uses Acrobatic code.

If you have plain PDF with boxes then look again at the top of that same answer again it has to place right and down of click point #5645 and see PutTTxt allows for check or cross so can be adapted for such use.

HOWEVER I tested with a form and it will not work as expected when a FIELD is present as they have priority and thus a cross or check will be hidden see the tail here where I had to move it to the side.
