SumatraPDF doesn't show this old CHM file correctly

Describe the bug
SumatraPDF opens the file, does not display any error messages or warnings, but I can only view the first pages of the chapters in this CHM file, it does not show subpages.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Unpack attached *.zip file to local hard disk and you will get a file named "ebook_Microsoft.Access.Projects.with.Microsoft.SQL.Server.chm".
2. Open that CHM file on SumatraPFD.
3. Make sure you only see 10 pages.
4. Upload that CHM file to website https://products.groupdocs.app/viewer/chm
5. The viewer opens it in a web browser.
6. Compare the result in the program and in the web browser.

Expected behavior
However, the website
https://products.groupdocs.app/viewer/chm
shows that this file has 543 pages and can be flipped. So SumatraPDF should do the same.

hmm this is where earlier versions worked so regression up to pr3.7.18327 see 179 long pages but pr3.7.18354 and onwards sees only 10
