SumatraPDF is lagging when zooming using Ctrl + Mouse Wheel

Describe the bug
I noticed that SumatraPDF is lagging when zooming using Ctrl + Mouse Wheel, especially with larger PDF files. The zoom response is not smooth and there is a noticeable delay during navigation.

It works fine in previous v3.6

Not sure if this is a known issue, but would appreciate if it could be improved in future versions. Thanks.

I could add in last "3.7 preview" version navigation using scroll bar is very slow, repaint page takes too much time vs stable 3.6.1 performance. I have intel 12700h and win 11 25h2.
