Describe the bug
After updating from 3.5.2 to the latest version, the PDF preview in File Explorer and MS Outlook does not work.
I had to register the preview DLL, but on Outlok, it does not work. The preview on File Explorer was solved by reg. dll.

Expected behavior
After updating the app, keep the previous funcionality, do not produce a worse situation.

The use with MS Outlook is not really "by design". It is like use with Palemoon browser or Universal Viewer or File Commanders (i.e. TC) a "by product" function in how THEY work and in all such cases down to what dll's or bit configuration THEY set as a requirement.

I must start EITHER 32 bit OR 64bit installed or not, depending on which is in use and NOT try to have multiples running unless I cleanly segregate my desires.

Thus a frequent gripe is 64bit users must be able to use a 32bit for some cases and on occasion SumatraPDF installer may not always provide the option or not expect to cross register (though it could/should!). Thus, if previewer is set 64bit and registered for Working on 64bit OS explorer (most are) it should not be able to be used by 32bit legacy apps. That is primarily a Windows security measure not strictly UAC but just as anoying.

Bottom line is if Outlook is 32bit try to install SumatraPDF using 32 bit installer and hope explorer preview is happy to allow that.
The problem is which 32bit installer versions will work as 32 on 64 as a few variants would not enter that mode
