I found a bandaid URI after skimming the manifest:

chrome-extension://cbbbhelcpfjhdcncigdlkabmjbgokmpg/src/manager.html

Copy and paste that into your browser. I bookmarked it on mine too.

It's also missing for me on 1.0.10 so no way to remove blocked sites from the list. Thanks for the link.
