can't install scope

When i try to type Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -scope CurrentUser and click enter, nothing shows. how?

I think I got it. You must use powershell as administrator first. Then close powershell and open powershell but NOT as administrator. Now you can use the scope command.
