AWS integration documentation issues

• The documentation was a bit hard to follow for me as someone not too familiar with AWS.
• We could add something like an AWS SAM template that people could use to get started quickly.
• The code in the documentation is not a 100% match for the example in the auth-react repo.
• The example code mixes import statements with CJS exports.
