Can't use [Http POST (Multipart)]

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get image from gallery
2. make byte[]
3. call ajax

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want upload image to PHP server.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.3
