One map to rule onlyBuiltDependencies, onlyBuiltDependenciesFile, neverBuiltDependencies, ignoredBuiltDependencies, and ignoreDepScripts:

given that pnpm has basically dropped every other method for declaring it in 11.x, yes, but it would make sense to have a new issue for it and wait for actual release, given the "RC" releases keep making new breaking changes, it currently makes no sense as a current target, only in preparation for actual 11.0.0 release
