The rename of
standardOutputtocurrentStandardOutputandstandardErrortocurrentStandardErrorin #233 is causing breakage in various projects like swiftlang/swift-java#775This PR brings them back as a stopgap deprecated/renamed property to prevent projects from having to pin to 0.4.
