I have seen your blog post on using JIT to replace some numpy functions by numba JIT.
This is an excellent blog post.
Am already working on this, having the same issues to accelerate some functions.
Just wondering, if there were some interest to merge some numba JIT code together,
to form a small library of JIT code. It would help to prevent re-inveting the wheel.
