• OpenTofu Moved to https://github.com/pipe-cd/community-plugins/tree/main/plugins/opentofu

Stage

• Python_Run (like SCRIPT_RUN, run .py code instead of sh)
• ECS_RUN_TASK (run a standalone task. For updating DB index etc.)
