I have followed through the instructions and I get this error when running New-ClientVM

WARNING: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is null.

New-ClientVM -TenantName 'My Company' -NumberOfVMs 1 -CPUsPerVM 1 -VMMemory 2gb
WARNING: Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is null.

how do I get past this?
