Reduce dependency installs that are not required by the project.

Looking into using this library it contains a few dependencies that we would rather avoid (rich impacts log outputs etc). 

The library appears to make no use of a few of these libs, so would appear they can be removed (or moved to dev deps.)

This will likely assist in downstream adoption as less dependencies means less overhead for people looking to include this in their project.
