Said true : ( It's a huge pain when you try to use ^1 and it just breaks because the plugin is still sitting at 0.x. Like, if the API hasn't changed in ages, there's no reason to keep it as a "pre-release"; just bump it to 1.0.0 so we can actually use standard versioning. Definetly hope the maintainers see this and just do the bump, it makes everyone's lives way easier with dependency resolution.
