Wrong links in README file

Two links to articles mentioned at the end of the README file are wrong (they both point to Introduction to PDML):

• We Need a New Document Markup Language — Here is Why

I'll try to fix them, but since I've already created the first tagged release 1.0.0, I'm not sure I can amend and force push without breaking the release.

Having a first release is conditional for the package approval at PackageControl, so I might just fix that in the main branch with a new commit, but it won't be part of the package until the next tagged release — so I might just as well add that to the dev branch, and squash it with the other updates of the next release.

Sorry for that ... I tend to work in the small hours of the night, to cut corners with the lack of free time.
