fix(deps): bump alloy-dyn-abi off 1.5.7 (winnow 0.7.15 incompatibility) (#9)

alloy-dyn-abi 1.5.7 fails to compile against winnow 0.7.15 (a patch-level
trait change in winnow broke its coerce.rs). Bump it to the 1.6 line (winnow
1.0) so the operator builds. Lockfile-only.
