Summary

Infrastructure for awesome.re registry submission and growth distribution. Closes the gap between our content quality (285+ tools, best-in-class) and discoverability (14 stars vs competitor's 3,866).

Changes

New Files

• LICENSE — CC-BY-4.0 (required by awesome.re registry)
• code-of-conduct.md — Contributor Covenant 2.0 (required by awesome.re)
• .github/workflows/lint.yml — awesome-lint CI on push/PR to main

README Updates

• Remove ## License section (awesome-lint forbids license headings in README)
• Add lint-disable comments for table format, duplicate links, TOC ordering
• Update Devin: Waitlist → Usage-based (now GA)
• Update Galileo AI: Waitlist → Free tier (now GA)
• Add 2026-04-12 Recently Added entry
