Sound lags when using any sort of filter, such as Noise Reduction, Gain Control, and etc.

When using any of the filters preinstalled into the app, the audio lags severely, the stream only being stable when zero filters are applied.

Here's an example of it happening, the settings were 44100, Mono, i16, and it had Noise Reduction with RNNoise enabled

Using 44800 works fine but anything lower has lag
