Class name "badge" conflict with Bootstrap's "badge"

I have been using v7 jQuery SmartWizard, and found that the "badge" class name conflict with Bootstrap's "badge" class name.

Please, rename "badge" to "sw-badge" in order to avoid conflict with Bootstrap's.
