prune orphaned docs/ artifacts; re-render after image+PDF localization

- remove 795 stale files under docs/ left over from prior renders:
  source .qmd/.md/.ipynb mistakenly tracked in output dir, _files/figure-*
  outputs and _cache/ for posts not re-rendered, .bkup dirs, latex_output,
  unreferenced images, 2 orphan post HTMLs (one renamed, one source removed)
- cross-checked: zero surviving HTML in docs/ references any deleted file
- add docs/posts/files/ and 15 newly-localized images under docs/posts/images/
- update 27 re-rendered HTMLs, index.html, sitemap.xml, search.json
