Update release info to 5.0.1

Bump latest version and download links to 5.0.1. Update README download badge URL and info.json: set latest_version and download_url to 5.0.1 and replace the Arabic release_notes with the updated, shorter 5.0.1 changelog (accessibility and minor fixes) while keeping previous 5.0.0 notes for reference.
