Implement product notification email API

• Add TermiiClient.Emails for product notification email sends
• Add SendProductEmailRequest and SendProductEmailResponse models
• Support template data through flexible JSON values and preserve unknown response fields
• Add unit tests, integration smoke coverage, README example, and API coverage updates

Verification note

• The coverage matrix tracks this endpoint as POST /api/templates/send-email.
• I did not find a current public docs/Postman response example, so response models are intentionally tolerant of unknown fields.
• Live email sends remain outside normal CI.
